A Qualified, Involved Staff
We know that quality of daily care is your primary concern. We carefully screen each care giver. We set our standards high, seeking out kind, caring individuals that have a genuine interest in, and love for, older adults. By offering competitive wages we’re able to recruit a professional care giver. All of our facility directors have a minimum of two years of management experience and backgrounds in long-term care. In addition, each employee is required to complete our intensive, state certified training program.
