Licensing and Credentials
All Century Oaks residences are locally owned and operated. Our regional administrative offices are located in Darboy and Menasha. We’re licensed by the state of Wisconsin Bureau of Quality Assurance as a Class “C” non restricted, community-based residential facility and have been in operation since 1990.
