Quality, Individualized Health and Medical Attention
At each Century Oaks residence, general health and medical concerns are closely monitored. We evaluate the level of individualized care of each resident every six months. Our trained staff is on duty 24 hours a day to provide personal care and supervision, such as help with bathing, activities of daily living, catheter and colostomy care, diabetic monitoring, care planning and health maintenance. We help with medical appointments and assist/supervise medications and special diets, if needed.
When a resident has ongoing medical or health needs, our staff is supported by a team of licensed home health care nurses. This allows us to provide more personalized attention than you might find in a traditional nursing home setting.
