Therapy
We’re also pleased to announce that rehabilitation services, previously available only in skilled nursing home facilities, are now available in the homelike setting of Century Oaks. We provide comprehensive, onsite physical, occupational, and speech therapy treatments. Our goal is to keep each resident functioning at the highest level of independence. Evaluation of therapy needs takes place just after admission. In addition to baseline screening, we also review Medicare eligibility for treatment services. Therapy needs are reassessed each year and our skilled rehabilitation professionals become important contributors to the ongoing care team.
